Rooms have been secured for delegates of the conference at the Delta hotel at the rate of $129‐$139 per night for the nights of Thursday October 14 to Saturday October 16 inclusive.

Getting to Guelph 
Guelph has no airport but can be reached from Toronto, Hamilton or Waterloo International airports. Guelph is 20 minutes from Waterloo Regional International Airport and 45 minutes from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport or Hamilton’s International Airport. 
Porter Air flies to Billy Bishop Airport (formerly Toronto Island Airport) in downtown Toronto.  

Transportation from the airport to Guelph 
The most efficient way to travel from any of the nearby airports is via Red Car Service which will pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to your hotel:

At present, the rate is $69.00 for the trip from Pearson Airport to Guelph, the same again when you return.  For your return trip you can arrange pick‐up at your hotel. Red Car will also pick you up at:  
Hamilton International Airport ‐ $95.00
Waterloo International Airport ‐$65.00 
Billy Bishop Airport (formerly Toronto Island Airport) in downtown Toronto  

Greyhound runs buses every one and half hours from downtown Toronto to Guelph. The first bus leaves at 7am and the last 11:30pm.
